Charisma Realty Corp obtained her Bachelors degree in International Business and Masters degree in Global Management. She attended college in Tampa at the University of Tampa.
Just out of college she started working for an International Cellular Tower company. Over time, she worked her way up to be a leading Site Acquisition and Zoning Specialist. She was a top negotiator in contract negotiations which included negotiating with large municipalities, cities and towns, police and fire departments, state and other large governmental entities. She worked in some of the toughest markets including New York, Connecticut and Florida.Just after September 11th, she decided to return home to Florida.
Charisma Realty Corp started working as a Realtor in 2002. She obtained her Broker-Associate license in 2007.
Charisma has been a top listing agent, top marketing agent, and great buyer representative for years. She has successfully been in the top sales for many years. She holds all the top designations in the field as well as an amazing sales productivity. Her experience comes from her years of working hard with a strong work ethic.
In 2020, Charisma Realty Corp decided to create her own company to move toward her next path of growth in Real Estate. Charisma is taking her vast experience and knowledge and combining it with the opportunity to offer a more custom service.
