Expected Costs

We don’t believe in surprises. Right up front, we will provide an itemization of all the costs associated with the sale of your home.

The typical costs of selling your home will include title insurance and related fees, documentary stamps on the deed, satisfaction of mortgage(s) and lien recordings, property taxes, Real Estate Commission, HOA Estoppel Fee(s), Municipal Lien Search Fee, Home warranty, Transaction Fee, Payoff of unpaid Mortgages and Liens, and other possible fees. Some of the fees apply to every transaction. Some do not. Some fees are based off the sales prices and others are a set rate.

In addition to these fees, the buyer may ask for inspection repairs and/or closing cost assistance.

We will provide you a complete NET sheet with a detailed itemization of the typical fees. Then, we will discuss what all the possible fees and buyer requests may be. From that point, you can make the determination on list price and know right up front the numbers.
